There are five different onsite accommodation venues available for CMS Summer School - powered or unpowered camping, Camp Panorama, CMS, Camp Tamborine, and WEC.

Accommodation costs are not automatically included in your registration and are added on separately, depending on the venue booked.

Unless otherwise booked for families and married couples, accommodation will be allocated in single-sex rooms.

Entire rooms can be booked out for families, however you will have to pay an extra fee per night for any spare beds.

You are also free to book your own offsite accommodation around Mt Tamborine.

Bookings for food and accommodation will close on Friday 15th December.

We offer both powered and unpowered sites. Toilet and shower blocks are located on the camping grounds.  You can choose to cook your own meals or purchase lunch and/or dinner (eaten in the CMS dining room). Please note that there is no camp kitchen on the camp grounds. Please bring all your own kitchen equipment and cooking utensils.

If you want your allocated camping spot to be next to another camper, please let us know at registration.

Camp Panorama

Camp Panorama is situated directly opposite the main auditorium and provides comfortable dormitory style accommodation for up to 80 people. There are shared shower and toilet facilities. All meals are included in Camp Panorama bookings (breakfast is eaten at Camp Panorama, lunch and dinner are eaten at CMS centre).

If you require a lower bunk, please request this at registration.

CMS Centre

CMS Centre is a short walk away from the main auditorium. It accommodates 80 guests in 13 cabins. Toilet and shower facilities are located in a separate block across the lawn area. All meals are included in CMS Centre bookings.

8 lower cabins accommodate 5 guests each. 5 upper cabins accommodate 8 each.
